Justly rewarded

WITH regard to Bill Sunderland and MOD desk jockeys, The Queen’s son, Edward, sports several medals when wearing one of his many uniforms from his royal “dressing-up box”.

Were these approved by the MOD or did he earn these for his sulking service in “It’s A Knockout”?

Mr Strickland earned his by service and sacrifices in the RN and should be justly rewarded.

The Royal Household are at the top of the list for the award of commemorative medals, that is the three Jubilee medals of this reign for example.
Prince Andrew has the South Atlantic Campaign medal also and Harry, the Afghan campaign medal. Edward was only in the Royal Marines for a very short while and did not engage oi any campaigns. Likewise Prince Charles and he wears a lot of commemorative medals. (14 I think)
Just another example of the classless society John Major promised us in 1992 but never delivered.

Don't be too hard on the royal family. If they weren't doing what they do they would have to find real jobs and they are seriously lacking in skills.

Not so sure on that Pinza, Wills & Harry can fly choppers and Charles seems to think he is a political special advisor. (SPAD)
