Experts debate changes in the health service

THE next talk for York Social Ideas involves a panel of experts who will address the question “What is happening to the NHS?”

The meeting will be held on May 21st at the Friends’ Meeting House, Friargate staring at 7.30pm.

The speakers will be David Hunter, professor of health policy, Durham University; Kevin McAleese, chair, York and North Yorkshire Primary Care Trust (PCT); Dr David Geddes, medical director and director primary care, York and North Yorkshire PCT; Dr John Puntis, consultant, Leeds Teaching Hospital.

This event is co-hosted with Defend our NHS York.
