CANCER scientists at the University of York will host a special production aimed at young people and their families.

Prof Norman Maitland and his team at the YCR Cancer Research Unit hope to raise awareness of the ethical and emotional implications of modern medicine through an interactive, educational performance and workshop by Y Touring Theatre Company.

The production, Dayglo by Abi Brown, will take place on March 20 and will also highlight the research into prostate cancer being carried out by Prof Maitland. For more information, log on to yorkshirecancerresearch.org.uk
