NHS East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is launching its new patient network, “Involve”, to help people get involved in the design of local health services.
Views and experiences from Involve members will help influence the CCG in setting its future health care priorities.
The CCG conducted a recent telephone poll of 1,000 East Riding residents asking for views on local health services, of whom 450 said they would be interested in joining a patient network to find out more about their local services and to be involved in health service development.
Involve members may be asked to complete three to four surveys a year by post or online, or participate in telephone surveys, meetings and involve events.
Visit the website at eastridingofyorkshireccg.nhs.uk/involve or phone 01482 672156 to request a membership form from the CCG.
