STAFF at Gale Farm Pharmacy are getting behind the upcoming No Smoking Day on March 12.
The annual campaign, which has been running since 1983, seeks to highlight the benefits of giving up by triggering quit attempts.
Hugh Lindsay, manager at Gale Farm Pharmacy, said: “It's no secret that the benefits of quitting smoking are enormous, both in terms of health and your bank balance.
“No Smoking Day is not about bullying smokers into quitting, but instead providing a kick-start day for people who want to, or are seriously considering, quitting. We are here to guide our patients and help them to find what works for them."
