Adele Carnell of Filmore & Union urges us to eat like a runner.

Whether you have taken up running as a means of getting in shape or training for a marathon it will pay to follow the correct diet.

You can follow the likes of Mo Farah by choosing the right foods to supercharge your energy and performance and speed up recovery.

So It’s time to make turkey your new best friend. It is high in protein and low in saturated fat meaning it burns more calories and keeps you fuller for longer.

Studies have shown protein is the most satisfying macronutrient, meaning it makes you feel fuller after eating, so you are less likely to fall prey to snack attacks and it helps to repair muscles after training.

Result!

There is no better way than to hit the ground running (literally) by trying our high-protein burgers.
