Paranormal event to help heroes

TICKETS are still available for a weekend of paranormal investigation events later this month, with proceeds going to charity.
Acomb Paranormal Society is hosting two events over the Hallowe’en weekend across York, and ticket prices will be donated to Help for Heroes.
The first, on Friday, October 29, takes place at the Busby Stoop Inn, near Thirsk, between 9.30pm and 3am.
The second is on Sunday, October 31, at the Red Lion on Merchantgate, York, and runs between 9.30pm and 2.30am.
Tickets for each event cost £25 and include refreshment throughout the night, limited spaces are available.
