Cutting power bills in East Yorkshire

RESIDENTS in the East Riding of Yorkshire Council area can claim free loft and cavity wall insulation after it was awarded increased funding from npower under the government initiative CERT.
The scheme, provided through York insulation business Solarwall Ltd, will finish in October and will be replaced by the Green Deal, which will mean that insulation will no longer be free.
