TWO North Yorkshire cyclists are to cycle the length of Britain to raise money for research into Parkinson’s Disease.
Paul May, from Selby, and Nigel Streicher, from Pickering, will set off on Friday with cycling world record holder James Bowthorpe and another 25 cyclists.
They all aim to ride 120 miles a day for eight days to cover the length of Britain, from John O’Groats to Lands End (JOGLE).
The pair hope to help fund the completion of the “What’s Driving Parkinson’s” five-year research programme. To sponsor them, visit justgiving.com/PaulMay1
