Staff at York's Little Chef put their modesty aside and turned up to work with their under garments on full show as part of Wear Your Lucky Pants to Work Day.
The fund-raising stunt was to raise money for Starlight Children’s Foundation, a charity which makes dreams come true for youngsters.
Fundraisers at Little Chefs around the country were encouraged to take a selfie photograph of themselves wearing their underpants at work to post on social networking sites.
The team at city's York East branch - on the A64, near Bilbrough Top - also sported favourite underwear over their uniforms
The idea involving employers around the country was hatched by Starlight Children's Foundation and its new corporate partner Lucky Pants Bingo.
A Little Chef spokesman said: "Local Little Chef staff demonstrate their huge support for Wear Your Lucky Pants to Work Day in a bid to raise funds for children with serious and terminal illnesses. They pulled up their favourite pair of lucky undies over their trousers, for the whole day."
