STAFF at BHS stores in York have turned green for charity this month.
Employees at the Coney Street and Monk’s Cross stores are taking part in fundraising activities while wearing green in support of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).
Alison Roberts, NSPCC fundraising account manager, said: “It’s great that BHS are ‘Going NSPCC Green’ for us and are committed to raising vital funds to support children and young people in North Yorkshire and across the UK.
"As a volunteer-led charity we rely on the generosity of the public and we are especially grateful to all those donning their fundraising caps and helping to bring in the pounds for our charity.”
