Classes, Courses & Workshops
Pilates can be an effective form of exercise resulting in improved posture, strengthened core and increased flexibility.
Classes cater for mixed ability as adaptations and alternative exercises are provided where required.
Regular practise can help to improve back pain and other conditions. Lou is an experienced instructor whose classes provide a relaxed friendly atmosphere within which to either learn or practise/improve Pilates technique Equipment provided.
