Fun, friendly fitness class with great music from 60's & 70's, Salsa & Rock n'Roll to keep you fit and flexible. Suitable for all older adults who would like to keep healthy and mobile. Also on Mondays 2.30pm at Friends Meeting House, Castlegate, Pickering.
