A RECESSION-BUSTING business is expanding into York – bringing 15 new jobs to the city.

The roles have been created as part of the expansion of the Telford-based company Complete Group, which provides specialist complex care services to clients with various disabilities, particularly those with spinal and head injuries. Personal care assistants are required to aid clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, moving and handling and domestic tasks. David Burton, managing director of the Complete Group, said as no formal qualifications were required the jobs were open to everyone, regardless of past experience in the care sector. He said: “Complete has expanded rapidly since we were first established in 1996, and we have quickly gained a reputation for quality and reliability, but this is only possible with the help and commitment of our staff.

“We give people the opportunity to progress their careers within the company, and many of our senior staff started out with us as care assistants.”

Candidates must display a considerable amount of commitment and reliability, enthusiasm, compassion and willingness to learn new skills.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis is also required.
