ESTATE agent Your Move has moved into part of the former National House Building Council’s regional offices at Clifton Moor.
Your Move has taken about 3,000 sq ft in the two storey office property for its 30 employees, which will provide central support functions such as legal, marketing, PR and finance for the UK wide Your Move estate agency network and for its parent company, LSL Property Services plc.
Staff previously occupied office space in Kings Square, York, above the Your Move branch, before moving to the more modern, open plan offices in the deal, secured by DTZ.
Maria Taylor-Pick, surveyor at DTZ, said: “There is still limited activity in the out of town office market so we are extremely pleased to have completed this deal.
“We will continue to market the first floor and are confident that a suitable occupier will be found.”
