REGIONAL law firm Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP has announced the appointment of Nick Wilson who joins the firm as a partner.

Mr Wilson’s particular expertise in employment law makes him a key addition to the firm’s York office,

He has advised both public and private sector employers and has also represented employers as an advocate at Employment Tribunals nationally and at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Yorkshire Law firm Ware & Kay has appointed Simon Ellis to its rapidly expanding Commercial Department at its Wetherby office.

Originally from Stokesley, Mr Ellis arrives at Ware & Kay with more than 16 years’ experience in the legal sector. He graduated from Cardiff University and studied at Chester College of Law before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000 and starting his career in Swansea.

YORK law firm Rollits has appointed two new solicitors to add strength to its existing team of private client law experts.

Emma Fawke and Bella O’Keeffe have joined the firm as solicitors in the Private Capital department.
