MALTON-BASED architectural product manufacturer, Neaco, has completed a record year of sales with a 57% increase in orders compared to 2016.

The company’s balconies, balustrade, decking and mobility bathroom products attracted unprecedented demand in 2017 and Neaco has already hit its order target for the current financial year, ending in April.

The next target is a 50% increase in turnover in 2018 with substantial specifications due for completion at various major projects.

National Sales Manager, Peter Melia, said: "“2017 was Neaco’s 45th year in business and we had plenty of cause for celebration. Our products were installed at a number of high profile developments, including the Museum of Free Derry, Steel City House in Sheffield and the latest phase of the Buckingham Palace refurbishment."
