A YORK bank has moved to new premises after signing a 10-year lease on newly refurbished office space at Clifton Park.
Handelsbanken’s eight-strong team is moving from York Business Park where it has been located for the past eight years.
The team is relocating to more than 3,000st ft of office space at Maple House, in Clifton Park Business Park off Shipton Road. Handelsbanken was advised by Langleys Solicitors, York, and the Leeds office of property consultancy Knight Frank.
York branch manager Chris Ibbotson said: “Maple House offers a superb working environment. The new premises will also support our plans to grow Handelsbanken’s presence in this thriving part of North Yorkshire.”
