A NORTH Yorkshire liqueur producer is expanding its product portfolio by branching beyond its traditional bottled gifts this Christmas.
Raisthorpe Manor, known for producing gins and jams from raspberries, sloes and damsons grown on its estate near Malton, is launching a boxed truffle collection.
The family-run business has teamed up with York chocolatier Jon O’Connell for the venture, which sees milk, dark and white chocolate truffles filled with measures of Raisthorpe Manor’s Raspberry Gin, Damson Port, Sloe Gin and Oak Aged Gin.
Julia Medforth, managing director of Raisthorpe Manor, said: “We are really proud to be able to offer these gorgeous truffles to our customers. With Jon, we have created a range of truffles that complement our liqueurs perfectly.
