A SENIOR solicitor at York law firm Rollits has become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) after successfully passing her exams.
Sarah Adams, who works as a lawyer in the Private Capital Department at Rollits, specialises in private client work and in particular wills, trusts, estate planning and estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
She passed all of her exams, achieving a distinction in the STEP diploma, and is now a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP).
Mrs Adams said: “After a couple of years of hard work, I am delighted to achieve a distinction in the STEP diploma for Trusts and Estates.
“All of the Private Capital lawyers at Rollits have the Trusts and Estate Practitioner qualification and it gives us that competitive edge and assurance to our clients that we are all highly qualified and trusted advisors in our sector.”
