DOMINANCE in the UK market has set the foundations for exploration into new overseas territories for North Yorkshire manufacturer Langver.
The Thirsk-based business, which makes ratchet tensioners for curtainsider trailers, has meetings in the pipeline with potential new customers in Poland after the firm set its sights on new markets in Europe.
Langver, which supplies 90 per cent of the UK market, has secured new deals with several European buyers.
Joint managing director, Claire Matten said: “We have always wanted to take Langver as far as possible and are always looking for new opportunities to expand and work with new companies. There have been large investments into new machinery over the last 18 months. This ensures we can export efficiently and effectively to meet new client demands.”
