ESCRICK Business Park’s warehouses are now fully occupied after developer S Harrison sold the last unit to a York electrical firm.
TSL Electrical & Data Services has acquired a 1,760 sq ft unit to meet increasing demand for its services. The company, founded by Simon Bell in 2006, serves both the commercial and domestic markets.
Escrick Business Park, which has 150 people working on site, still has office units available to rent or buy.
Phil Hill, of S Harrison Developments, said: “We have seen strong demand for our warehouse units and are now focussed on finding occupiers for the remaining offices.”
Office occupiers at Escrick Business Park include Riccall Care, Sportsafe UK, F Parkinson and Kleijnen Systematic Reviews.
S Harrison was advised by York-based Langleys Solicitors.Emma Warner, a commercial property partner at Langleys, said: “We have assisted S Harrison with a number of sales and leases as the park has transformed into a vibrant business community.”
