THE head of Langleys medical law team has been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Andrew Cragg, a partner at the York-based firm, had to undergo rigorous evaluation of his work to achieve re-accreditation, including taking account of testimonials from clients.
Mr Cragg is also a member of the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) panel. AvMA is the national charity which provides advice and support to people affected by medical accidents. There are only a very limited number of lawyers with dual accreditation. Mr Cragg said: “I’m delighted to have been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Panel. It is important that clients concerned about medical treatment contact specialist lawyers for advice on investigating and pursuing such cases.”
