A BUSINESS gathering in North Yorkshire is being billed as an ideal way to see the county’s entrepreneurial spirit in action.

The Yorkshire Business Market will take place on Monday, April 24, at Pavilions of Harrogate.

Organisers of the event said that a recent report by Inform Direct showed that 2016 was a record year for company formations, and North Yorkshire was more than holding its own against the rest of the UK.

They said: “Research has shown that the county regularly has a disproportionately high level of entrepreneurial activity, despite its largely rural nature. Towns like Harrogate are leading the charge when it comes to new business.” The event is from 10am to 4pm. More information can be found at YorkshireBusinessMarket.org
