PRINCIPALITY Building Society’s intermediaries division has made a key appointment to its business development team in Yorkshire as part of its ambitious growth plans.
Eloise Hall has joined Principality as a field-based business development manager for the region, with a previous five years’ experience at Leeds Building Society.
Her role will be fundamental to supporting brokers within Yorkshire and Humber, handling individual application scenarios and ensuring that brokers have a successful experience working with Principality. She will also be responsible for building Principality’s intermediaries brand within her region.
She said: “Principality’s continued expansion and commitment to the intermediary mortgage market makes it an exciting time to join the team. My key priority will be to ensure we start building strong relationships with our brokers while working hard to raise awareness of our service proposition”. Principality Building Society’s head of regulatory sales, Shaun Middleton, said: “Thanks to a focused growth strategy, our intermediaries arm is expanding, allowing us to target key markets across the UK and deliver quality service to brokers from our desk based team. Eloise’s appointment means we are adding experience and talent to our team to help implement this growth strategy. We’re looking forward to working together and seeing her develop in her role.”
