HUSBAND and wife team Ben and Emma Mosey have purchased a farm shop and egg production business in North Yorkshire.
The couple are the new owners of Minskip Farm Shop near Boroughbridge, which launched almost 50 years ago.
Langleys Solicitors in York, acted for the Moseys on the purchase which includes farmland, agricultural buildings, the farm shop and farm house.
After travelling in Australia and Indonesia, the pair moved to Helmsley where Mr Mosey’s family has a pig and sheep farm.
Their ambitions include adding a café and developing a family experience based around hen and egg production.
Mrs Mosey said: “We have always been passionate about food and Minskip Farm Shop is the perfect opportunity for us to get involved in our own venture.”
