AN EXTENSION project has provided new space for meetings, programmes and one-to-one development work.

Oasis School of Human Relations has extended its premises at Hall Mews, Boston Spa, transforming an office suite by opening up the roof to create a light-filled space in which to host development and training programmes.

An official opening was held at a recent Engagement Event for Oasis associates, one-to-one developers and staff – the theme this year was Resilience, Renewal and Relationship.

Oasis co-director Marion Ragaliauskas, who oversaw the project, said: “We wanted to extend the space we had for our work, including increasing the number of break-out spaces for groups.

“We are developing more programmes and also want our clients to be able to use the space for in-house programmes and big group meetings,” she said.

Oasis uses its centre to host in-house development programmes, one-to-one development for executives, leaders and managers, and meetings for clients and partners who are undertaking organisational development work.

The new rooms have already been used for hosting the programme Skills for Change, and will be used for groups participating in other programmes.
