THE growing need to keep information secure in the digital age comes under the spotlight at the latest in York St John University’s Business Insights Lecture Series 2016-2017.
Presenting the masterclass on “Data protection and information security: the changes and challenges facing business” will be Tamsin Cooper, risk and compliance partner at Langleys Solicitors, who has specialised for many years in all aspects of quality, risk, internal compliance and regulation.
She said: “The reliance on digital business processes continues to grow apace and with it so does the threat of data breaches. My masterclass will focus on the importance of information security and the challenges businesses face in keeping their data secure.”
