DIGITAL marketing agencies WMG and Ingenuity Digital, divisions of the IDHL Group, have expanded in Harrogate and taken on a larger office space at Central House.

IDHL is a fast-growing digital group, targeting £10.5 million in revenues and £3 million in net profit for 2016, with more than 100 staff.

This continued growth means the company, which has offices in Harrogate, Wetherby and London, has made the move from Cardale Park to lease 9,767 sq ft at Central House. The deal was brokered for the landlord’s investment managers, CEG, by national property consultant Carter Jonas.

Lisa Higham, of IDHL, said: “We have enjoyed huge growth over the last few years and we recently recruited ten new staff members to the marketing content team which meant we desperately needed more space. Central House provides us with the space and quality that we need in a central location which will enable us to continue our growth.”

Chris Hartnell, associate with Carter Jonas, said: “We are delighted to welcome IDHL to Central House as they add to the list of quality occupiers already in situ such as Vp plc, High Street TV and Bluefin.

“It has been fantastic to see how they have delivered innovative features like active desks and a zen garden in a high-quality working environment. We hope that they continue to flourish in their new home.”
