DIGITAL agency Netsells has snapped up the final remaining suite at the newly renovated Mill House in North Street, York.

Having recently relocated from Scarborough, citing York’s thriving digital sector as one of the key factors in the decision, the mobile application and website development agency has already outgrown its original premises.

Netsells join North Yorkshire Police, Carillion Construction, AGH Engineering, Colas Rail Ltd and Qa Research in the four-storey building.

Managing director Brannan Coady believes the company owe a lot of its recent growth to the York relocation

“Relocating the business to York has opened up a range of opportunities for us.

“Not only have we been able to more easily recruit new staff and grow the team, but the city’s transport links to the rest of the country have meant we are able to more easily connect with new and existing customers, strengthening client relationships and increasing revenues.

“The renovation of Mill House has clearly been a great success. Despite the historic nature of the building, the interior is exceptionally well finished and the central location ideal. We are delighted to be able to call Mill House our home for the next five years.”

Mill House is an historic granary warehouse which was formerly occupied by City of York Council.
