YORK-BASED property developer Yorvik Homes has officially opened a new development of 32 two, three and four-bedroom family homes in a North Yorkshire town.
The company said interest had already been strong in Temple Gate, a development on the edge of the historic market town of Richmond, and 12 of the properties are now available in the first phase of the development.
Matthew Gath, managing director of Yorvik Homes, said: “We aim to build attractive, high-quality, low-maintenance homes that people want to live in.
“The Temple Gate development is in a great location on the doorstep to the Dales and within easy reach of the A1.
“I think the interest we have received so far is testament to the fact that if the right properties are built in the right area, people will want to buy them.”
