GIVING a helping hand to letting agents and property managers as they compile professional property reports is a contender for the Technology Business of the Year at The Press Business Awards 2016.

TouchRight Software, based in York, provides a cost-effective cloud-based software solution, via an iOS or Android app and a comprehensive dashboard.

Agents get more from their smartphones and tablets, saving up to 50 per cent of their time, reducing paperwork and adding even more value to their managed fees, said the company.

“Our business was born out of our property experience and wanting to find a better way to produce and provide high-quality property reports,” said co-founders Terry and Rachel Lightfoot, who owned a property services business for many years.

“Our value proposition means that our customers have complete flexibility over the format and content of their own reports using our unique template builder, so they can take their existing report templates and create them digitally, adding in their own unique fields and questions in any order they wish.

“They can also customise their reports with logos and unique terms and conditions, giving the customer freedom and flexibility,” they said.
