A YORK legal firm has retained the Law Society’s law management quality mark, Lexcel, for the 15th year running.

Langleys Solicitors LLP has kept this recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments, which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.

Tamsin Cooper, partner in risk and compliance at Langleys, said: “Our clients and staff are the main beneficiaries of us retaining the Lexcel accreditation, as they can be assured of our commitment to excellent client care and best practice.”

Langleys has also retained its ISO 27001:2013 certification, demonstrating its strength in the management and security of information. It shows the firm’s diligence in protecting client data and proactively guarding against the increasing information security risks facing organisations.
