HARROGATE law firm Berwins has boosted its residential property team with the appointment of two new associate directors.

Michelle Crowhurst has worked in the residential property market in Harrogate for many years and joins Berwins from LCF Barber Titleys.

Jo Randall also joins the firm to support expansion of its residential department, having previously headed up a large conveyancing team in York.

THE former general manager at York City Football Club has joined the board of directors at Leeds-based Gregory Property Group.

John McGhee, also a former Yorkshire Bank senior official, has joined the firm in a non-executive role, while still maintaining an advisory role at the football club and remaining a trustee of the York City Foundation Charity.

In his new role he will assist on all property funding and financial transactions at Gregory Property Group, which was responsible for the £40 million retail park at Foss Islands in York in partnership with City of York Council, among many projects in Yorkshire.

Develop Training Limited (DTL) has announce the appointment of Lisbeth Strutt as business development manager.

With training centres in York, Derby, Swindon, Linlithgow and Bolton, DTL is an accredited provider of compliance, technical and safety training.

Ms Strutt has spent more thana decade working in both the car hire and education sectors, in sales and account manager roles. Most recently, she spent a year working with City & Guilds as a business development manager.
