COMMERCIAL gas specialist CNG has announced an influx of new faces to assist with its continued growth.

CNG, which recently announced it is embarking on the development of a new brand, has welcomed eleven new starters, as well as graduate Katie Westerman, who returns in a full time capacity having worked at CNG during her degree.

The Harrogate-based team is now 112 strong, with the new additions boosting service provision across the customer service desk, IT and communications, siteworks, sales and credit control teams.

The business is continuing to grow, having reported a 20 per cent increase of its retail portfolio within twelve months and is well underway with the development of its electricity offering, currently on track for launch in 2016.

JAYNE Morgan of Austin Brooks estate agency, who has this year introduced the York-based brand into Hull and the East Riding has announced a new appointment to help with the firm's expanding market.

Ms Morgan has appointed Kim Raines, a fully qualified estate agent who has had several years of experience in the estate agency profession, and has specialised in both residential sales and lettings in the Hull area as well as being a lettings manager for a branch of a national agency.

Ms Morgan said: "Kim is an excellent addition to the Austin Brooks team. It’s wonderful that she has both experience in residential sales and lettings but most importantly has a huge passion for Hull."

Yorkshire Cancer Research has appointed Catherine Rustomji, a director and head of charities at DWP LLP, to its board of trustees.

Ms Rustomji, who lives in Thirsk, and is based in the law firm's Leeds office, is an experienced charities solicitor who advises on all aspects of charity law and regulation.

She also lectures widely, delivers training sessions and board strategy presentations and contributes to various publications.

Harrogate headquartered Yorkshire Cancer Research, which marks its 90th anniversary in 2015, is dedicated to improving cancer outcomes in Yorkshire by funding projects that tackle local cancer problems and priorities.
