THE first ever definitive list of North Yorkshire's Top 50 SMEs is being published tomorrow.
The Press has teamed up with BHP Chartered Accountants to analyse figures from small and medium sized enterprises across York and North Yorkshire to produce a Top 50 list based on pre-tax profits.
Covering businesses from all sectors, and across the circulation area of The Press, it is the first time data has been compiled to show and compare year on year pre-tax profits, turnover and staff numbers.
The Top 50 table is being published in a special eight-page supplement tomorrow with analysis from Business editor Laura Knowlson and partners at BHP.
For anyone in business, this will be a one-stop guide to who is performing well in North Yorkshire; a chance to welcome the success of suppliers and customers, and see what market share competitors may have.
