A SENIOR associate solicitor at a York firm has become an accredited member of the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Andrew Cragg, part of the medical law team at Langleys Solicitors, York, who is already a member of the Law Society’s clinical negligence panel, has received accreditation from the UK charity for patient safety and justice.
He achieved the membership after a rigorous application process in which he had to provide written evidence of his expertise and attend an interview.
Mr Cragg said: "I’m delighted to have met the criteria for AvMA panel membership, it’s further recognition of the very specialist field in which I work and I look forward to supporting clients through the AvMA referral process."
