A YORK based estate agency group which has grown to be the sixth largest in the UK has added a property management firm to its portfolio.

Hunters has announced it has joined forces with Dickinson Harrison RBM, the managing agent for more than120 residential apartment blocks across the UK.

RBM has become Hunters Residential Block Management and will offer the Hunters network block management solutions for the first time in the estate and letting agency group’s history.

Tim Dickinson, director of Hunters Residential Block Management, said: "With increasing demand from investors and leaseholders looking for effective block management, our business has rapidly expanded.

Having originated in York in 1992, Hunters Property Group now has more than 130 branches nationwide, with offices in cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Exeter.

Hunters is expected to have more than 140 offices by the end of the year with a plan for further growth to around 500 offices in five years’ time.
