A YORK-based holiday specialist is celebrating three national award wins alongside investment in its customer service team.
SuperBreak, based in Eboracum Way, has also announced the appointed of Sue Jarvis as financial director among its successes in the first quarter of 2105.
Ms Jarvis will oversee a team of ten at the head office of SuperBreak, which employs 150 people in total, bringing more than a decade of experience in the travel sector.
SuperBreak says the appointment supports its commitment to driving future growth for the business, which has also Recently the firm reinvigorated its approach to customer service with investment in social media training and the integration of social channels and global feedback engine, Feefo.
In recognition of success in this area, SuperBreak has been awarded Gold Trusted Merchant Status, the highest accolade to be awarded by Feefo, for achieving an average service rating of 97 per cent throughout 2014 as voted for by its customers.

Ms Jarvis said: “I hope to bring my rounded travel experience to SuperBreak and help drive the business forward.
“While my role is predominantly finance based, I have lots of experience of the commercial and operational side of travel.”
