THE chief executive of international footwear business Fitflop is coming to York as part of Export Week.

In an event hosted by Forward Ladies and UKTI at York Science Park, Fitflops's Suzie de Rohan Willner will be talking about building an international network and the challenges you can face when networking and working across multiple cultures.

The half-day conference in York targeted at female business leaders, and is designed for enterprising women who want to take their business to the world, whether as experienced exporters looking to take their next big step, or as newcomers to international trade looking for reassurance and guidance.

Suzie de Rohan Willner will join a panel of other speakers including Carolyn Pearson, founder of www.maiden-voyage.com, a free social network for female business travellers that has members in more than 60 countries, and Anne Wilson, managing director of precision engineering firm Numill Ltd, which manufactures and repairs specialist cutting tools.
