A DESIGN agency which started life in its founder's attic is now operating out of new offices with a ten strong team of staff.
Space Creative was set up by Kate Eady 12 years ago at her home in Selby, and has recently relocated to larger offices in Escrick following a series of contract wins.
Ms Eady, a former graphic design teacher at Selby College, said: "It’s fantastic to be able to employ individuals from the local area.
"We regularly take work placements who gain experience, and have recently taken on Jennifer Kealey, who has just graduated with a 1st in Graphic Design."
Space Creative was formed in 2002 and has recently won a contract with Yorkshire Ambulance Service, re-branding the organisation's patient transport, with other clients including Selby Town Council, Benenden Healthcare and Tunstall.
Ms Eady added: "We thrive on creativity and ideas that generate results for all clients across all sectors.
"We have grown organically over the past twelve years and are looking forward to further expansion and employing more local people, in the very near future."
