COMMERCIAL gas supplier CNG has moved its 94-strong team into new offices as the firm celebrates its 20th anniversary.
CNG has taken a ten year lease on the second and third floors of the newly refurbished offices in Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, in a deal secured by property consultant Ryden.
The move sees the commercial gas supplier increase its office space by 4,000 sq ft and consolidate its operations within one property, having previously been spread across two buildings on the same site.
The new office comes as CNG works towards supplying 10 per cent of the commercial gas market in the next decade, compared to its current four per cent, and expand its operations into the electricity side of the business.
Jacqui Hall, managing director of CNG, said: "Our investment in these premises is about building the future CNG.
"Working with Ryden and our interior specialists Absolute, we have been able to create a space which not only meets our needs, but importantly creates a statement about the kind of business we are; ambitious, forward-thinking and genuinely a real alternative to other suppliers."
