THE first in a new series of lunch break seminars is taking place in Hambleton this week.
Social Media: Its Role in Your Business will provide a brief overview or refresher on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and how they can be used in business.
The session, which is part of series being organised by Hambleton District Council and the York, North Yorkshire, East Riding Enterprise Partnership, will be led by eBusiness consultant, Michael Charangwa, of Savanno.
Already 12 business owners in Hambleton have signed up for the lunch and learn session on Thursday – which sees them able to meet with similar businesses at the Evolution Business Centre in Northallerton.
October’s session is about Getting More From Your Website and will be followed by Getting Paid: Top Tips in November, and Pitching: You and Your Business.
