A SHOPPING centre on the North Yorkshire coast is welcoming four new tenants after a £1 million investment.
M&G Real Estate has completed a string of lettings at Brunswick Shopping Centre, in Scarborough.
Select, Roman Originals, Retail Phone Accessories and The Gift Company have all chosen to open their first stores in Scarborough.
The deals come on the back of a £1 million investment to improve the centre’s signage, lifts and toilets.
Select and Mobile Phone Accessories have both taken on ten year leases, while The Gift Company and Roman Originals signed up for five years.
Sarah Lulham, director of Asset Management at M&G Real Estate said: “These lettings reflect the strength and the attraction of the Brunswick Centre within Scarborough and the surrounding area.
"We were committed to providing a refreshed retail offer to the centre, building on its already strong fashion credentials, and the addition of retailers like Select and Roman Originals certainly achieves that. We are delighted to have them on board."
