YORK Business Park has secured a new five year lease from car repair firm Direct Finish.
The deal on the 3,819 sq ft premises was completed by Leeds-based Holder & Co, which was formed in February this year.
DTZ acted for the landlords Brightsea S.A.R.L.
Holder & Co has also sourced four acres of land at Haigh Park Road, Stourton, in Wiltshire, for Manheim Auctions Limited.
