TWO new 'dining concepts,' Hudson’s and HQ, have been officially launched at York's only 5 star hotel.
VIP guests, including the Lord Mayor of York, Coun Ian Gillies, were treated to a taster menu showcasing the creative essence of the restaurants at the Cedar Court Grand Hotel & Spa.
A spokesman said Hudson’s menu featured classic dishes 're-presented with imaginative twists and a touch of fun,' while HQ offered 'exquisite fine dining in a sumptuously refined environment.'
Hotel general manager Maria Florou said: “We are extremely proud of our new restaurant concepts, Hudson’s and HQ, and it was fantastic to be able to introduce them to our guests – and to have such fantastic feedback.
“Our launch event was also a great opportunity to highlight the combined efforts of the entire team, both those in the kitchen and the front of house team, who have worked together to develop and deliver every detail of the two new concepts. The evening was a celebration of what they have achieved”.
