A NEW rural land agency business has been launched in North Yorkshire.
Hewetson & Johnson is a partnership between Ed Hewetson and Edward Johnson who, after knowing each other for nearly 30 years, decided to establish a business to advise owners and occupiers of rural land and property in the north of England.
Running the business from an office in Coxwold, near Easingwold, Mr Johnson said: "‘We are delighted to be established and have our doors open for business, it is exciting to be at the start of this new venture.
"We aim to be a real alternative to the bigger land agent firms currently operating in the North of England.
"Our fundamental principle in advising our clients is to understand exactly what it is they want to derive from their property. With this knowledge, together with our experience and enthusiasm, we are able to provide an efficient and cost effective service.
"We have a clear plan of the direction in which we would like to take our business but ensuring that we provide a professional and pro-active service to our clients will be the corner stone to Hewetson & Johnson."
