Festival has fun day for the youngsters
Authors, writing workshops, storytelling, story walks, treasure hunts and campfire stories for all ages are the order of the day for a special family outing during this fortnight of wordsmiths taking centre stage.
Swindon literature festival’s Children and Family Day kicks off at 10.30am, on Sunday, May 11 at Lower Shaw Farm, Old Shaw Lane, Swindon.
Tickets are £4 for adults and £3 for children at the farm or call 01793 771080.
