FINAL preparations are being made for the 2014 Yorkshire Business Market, which takes place later this month.

More than 100 businesses will be exhibiting, leading seminars and holding networking sessions, and up to 1,500 visitors are expected on the day.

The organisers are putting the finishing touches to the plans for the eight rooms at Pavilions of Harrogate where the event is being held on Monday 28.

Harrogate Chamber of Trade and Commerce has invited the Mayor of Harrogate, Coun Michael Newby, to welcome guests before the event is opened at 10am by Andrew Jones, MP for Harrogate and Knaresborough.

Chamber Chief Executive Brian Dunsby, pictured above with administrator Maggie Hall, said: “Whether you’re looking for business advice from experts on a huge range of topics, or you just want to make as many new contacts as possible, you can do it all under one roof at Yorkshire Business Market.

“It’s completely free for business visitors to attend and it is always a very busy, positive day for everyone who takes part. We’re looking forward to another great event to mark the 10th year of the Yorkshire Business Market.”
