MOST jobseekers would go on a training course to improve their chances of being employed amid increasing competition for work, according to a new study.
A survey of more than 8,000 jobseekers found two-thirds believed that competition for jobs had intensified despite the improving employment market.
Jobs website totaljobs.com said its research found that most people looking for work believe employers expect them to be more qualified than ever. Four out of five said they would consider going on a training course.
